"Super simple and efficient process"
I hopped onto the website, and the instructions for forming a company were straightforward. I entered my details and made the payment online with my credit card. It was so quick and hassle-free. The ASIC documents and company paperwork showed up in my email. This is hands down the best service I've experienced in the past decade. I'd totally suggest this service to anyone wanting to start a new company.

"Customer Service Lacks Helpfulness"
The support team was really not helpful. The rep didn’t seem to grasp the problem at all. It felt quite unprofessional. I sure didn’t think I’d get such responses from a so-called professional in customer service during a chat.

"Great service and quick replies!"
I had a really positive experience with their service and got quick responses. It would be helpful to have a pop-up to remind folks about getting an ABN, though I see that info is on the site somewhere. Also, the 'Documents' download was a bit of a hassle, but I managed to get what I needed in the end.
